1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. anchovy paste (or 1-2 anchovy fillets)**
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. mustard powder**
1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2-3 TBSP water
salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
For the salad:
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper, to taste
2 hearts of romaine, washed and chopped
freshly grated parmesan cheese, to taste
